Walker vs Sunshine

[This match takes place sometimes in the future.  It is set up that way because I have further plans for Walker before the events of this match.  However, this match just demanded to be written, so it was.]

Walker vs Sunshine

By

The Mangler

“Welcome to the Friday night fights.  Tonight, gentlemen and ladies, we have two new wrestlers for one of our preliminary bouts.  Up first is Walker.”

The cage door opened, and Walker entered the ring.  He appeared in his forties, stood at 6’1 ½”, and weighed about 180 pounds.  He was wearing a pair of red square-cut trunks.  His pecs and abs were in shape but not supercut.  He had brown hair, cut short, and it was obvious that he could have been a model in his younger years.  However, as it has, time has taken a small toll on his image, but not much.

Tag Team Chaos: Jackson/Ryan vs Travis/Vince

 Tag Team Chaos:

Jackson/Ryan versus Travis/Vince

By

The Mangler

There is an unusual excitement in the air of the Redneck Arena tonight because the main event is a tag match that features four unknown wrestlers.  Usually, at least one of the wrestlers has either wrestled here before or is known to the crowd.   But not tonight.

The first team is Jackson and Ryan.  They are friends of B&B and have been training for the last couple of years.  They have avoided most of the usual independent leagues, preferring to train anonymously; so much is unknown about them.  Per B&B, they are a skilled and knowledgeable team and are well-prepared for the Redneck Arena.

Their opponents are Travis and Vince. They are a Canadian tag team that is largely unknown to the vast majority of American fans. The major league they wrestle in includes a lot of sexual activity and domination.  However, they are very skilled pro wrestlers.  This combination makes them almost perfect candidates for action at the Arena.

“And now for our main event of the evening.  First off, let's meet our ref for this match, the infamous “Tits” Taylor.”

Marshall/Cumface vs B&B

Marshall & Cumface Vs B&B

By

The Mangler

In the Redneck Arena

“I’ll be damned if I ref that match,” Taylor said.

“What’s the problem?” the commissioner asked.

“What’s the problem?  What’s the fucking problem?  Did you see what those two sons of a bitch did to me the last time I refed for them?” Taylor asked. (see B vs B)

The commissioner smiled as he said, “Well, yes, I did. And the fans loved it.”

“Well, I fucking didn’t,” Taylor huffed.

A Partnerships Demise

A Partnership's Demise:

Tim vs Choirboy

By

The Mangler

Tim and Choirboy had reluctantly joined up to become a tag team.  Choirboy was convinced that he could bring Tim, usually a good guy, around to his style of wrestling –cheating and doing anything necessary to win.  Choirboy had been wrong and the animosity between the former tag team partners had been intensifying for some time and had finally reached the breaking point.  The two decided to settle the matter in the only way they knew– in the Arena wrestling ring.  It was decided that this would be a “normal” Arena match i.e., standard rules.

Tim, 6' 1" and 215 pounds, had started as a ref in the Arena and continued to do on occasion.  Due to some abuse from some of the wrestlers, he had moved into the wrestling side as well at first to extract some revenge.   He had some dark moments, but was essentially a good guy and refused to move away from that.  His partner known as the Choirboy, 5’11” and 185, appeared to be a face with angelic features, but actually, he was the devil in disguise.  To him, the only thing was winning, no matter the tactics or the cost.  It was inevitable that tonight was going to happen sooner or later.

Spike-Patriot vs B&B

[Spike and Patriot are from the Campground and B&B are regulars in the Redneck Arena.]

Spike & Patriot vs B&B

By

The Mangler

"And now entering our ring for the first time in six months, we have B&B, Brad, and Barry, also known as Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb."

The cage door opened and the twins walked into the alleyway leading down to the ring both displaying double middle fingers to the announcer, who just blew a kiss and finger waved back.  They stood at 5’8” and 160 pounds of thin hard muscle. Today they were dressed in dark red wrestling singlets with “Anarchy Rules” spelled across them in flaming letters.  They also wore black knee pads and wrestling boots.

This was their first appearance back in the Redneck Arena after their suspension for the actions against Taylor, the ref (see B vs B).  During that time, they had spent more time in the gym and had put on 10 pounds of muscle.  While they had not been wrestling in the Arena, they had been wrestling in other leagues to keep in practice.  However, they had not enjoyed it as much due to the lack of opportunity for mischief and mayhem like in the Arena.

As they sauntered down toward the ring, they oozed cockiness and arrogance.  They stopped at the point the entryway entered into the fenced area 6 feet around the ring.  They both went into double bicep poses to much cheers and applause from the audience.

Bodybuilder's Destruction III Todd vs Dan

Bodybuilder’s Destruction III:

Todd vs “Cumface” Dan

By

The Mangler

The commissioner was very excited about tonight’s match. There had been so much interest that he had looked into leasing a larger space.  However, there wasn’t enough time to set it up like the Arena was and that was a big part of the attraction.  Someone had suggested streaming it, but that had the problem of not being able to control who saw it and running the risk of photos or videos being produced.  Photography was strictly forbidden at the Arena – unless, or course, the commissioner surreptitiously did it for his nefarious purposes later.  There was thought of upping the ticket prices, but he was concerned that he would alienate his hardcore audience.

Alex's Beatdown II

Alex’s Beatdown II:

 Choirboy vs Alex

By

The Mangler

[These events occur a couple of nights after the conclusion of Alex’s Beatdown]

After a bout, heel’s locker room.  “Yeah, how the hell do I know I can trust you two??  We aren’t friends and you and Alex are.” “True enough, BUT we owe “our friend” a little lesson for some of his reffing in the past in our matches.”

“Yeah, I want to see the little prick suffer.  And rest assured that in the ring this is business and not friendship.”

The Choirboy just looked at the brothers for a minute.  He knew that B&B could be vicious when the need arose and he felt that they were truly pissed off and would probably help.

Bodybuilders Destruction -- The Replay

Bodybuilder’s Destruction --The Replay:

Todd versus Brett

By

The Mangler

Todd looked in the mirror and still loved the image staring back at him.  He had short blonde hair, deep blue eyes, and a slightly unshaven face.  It made him look sexier and more intimidating.  At least he thought it did.  He was classically handsome and had no shortage of admirers, both male and female.  He stood 5’8” tall and weighed 205 pounds – all of it muscles and all of it tanned.  Gym workouts were his reason to be alive and they had helped him to pack on an additional 10 pounds since his and Brett’s last encounter.  He was looking forward to tonight in order to regain some measure of retribution from his opponent.  His previous match with Brett had not ended well – at least for him (see Bodybuilder's Destruction).

Battle of the Destroyers

The Battle of the Destroyers:

Dan versus Skull

By

The Mangler

“Welcome to the next match here at the Redneck Arena.  This match should be a real barn burner and should give you bloodthirsty lot something to talk about for a long time – well at least until the next Redneck Arena show.”  The crowd roared and cheered their approval.

Dan "The Destroyer" Wang Tries Again

Dan “The Destroyer” Wang Tries Again

By

The Mangler

After his disastrous debut, Dan was much more cautious and guarded.  He had also watched several matches here at the Redneck Arena so he now feels that he has a better grasp on the entire situation.  He is well aware that he doesn’t know it all, but believes that he has the jist of it and can at least not be totally humiliated in the ring.  He is standing in the back hallway waiting for his introduction when the Choirboy walks by and slaps him on the ass.

Chad vs Brice

Chad vs Brice

By

The Mangler

The lights in the Redneck Arena went dark.  The announcer’s voice came over the loudspeaker.  “And now the ref for our next bout, none other than our very own, sweet, innocent, and popular Chhhooiirrboyyyy,” the voice boomed in the dark.

Alex's Beatdown

Alex’s Beatdown

By

The Mangler

The crowd at the Redneck Arena [see History of the Redneck Arena for more information] was getting anxious.  It was time for the match that they had come to see, Tim versus Alex.  They knew that Tim was looking for blood, but they sorta appreciated that Alex was very savvy to the ways of the Redneck Arena. They couldn’t wait to see who was going to come out ahead, although most were rooting for Tim.

The ref had already been announced for the card and the crowd was very happy that it was Taylor.  Taylor was new to the Redneck Arena, it was only his second match [see Dan’s Debut] and while the first match had been eye opening, he still wasn’t used to the levels some of the wrestlers were willing to go.

Dan "The Destoyer" Debuts

[For those of you new to the site or who need a refresher on the Redneck Arena (the setting for this story)  please click A History of the Redneck Arena]

Dan “The Destroyer” Debuts

By

The Mangler

The crowd at the Redneck Arena was all fired up after the last match which was a tag team beat down.  Surprisingly enough it was the faces that did the beat down.  They were tired of being punching bags.  After the match, the crowd was doing intermatch stuff, going to the restroom and chatting with their friends so they weren’t paying much attention to the ring.  The cleaning staff entered with five people as they cleaned up the mess from the last match.  However, only four people left the cage.  One slid under the ring.  While the fans didn’t really notice, the commissioner did.  He also realized who slid under the ring and was smiling his most evil grins.  He turned to one of the fans who had accompanied him to the matches.

Dan "The Destroyer" Wang

Dan "The Destroyer" Wang

The Commissioner’s Loss

By

The Mangler

Sitting in the office of the Commissioner of the Redneck Arena.

He was going hard sell for his pitch.

“Look, you are blowing up the independent circuit.  People are coming from all over to see you.  Now is the time to take advantage of that and sign with The Redneck Arena.  Look at the advantages:

            Guaranteed income

            Fewer Matches

            Name Recognition…”

“I have all that now.  Plus, what you’re offering is much less than what I am making now.  I get to travel all over the place, meet new people, kick a lot of ass and dominate.  Why should I give that up for this rinky dink place??”

This was spoken by Daniel (Dan) “The Destroyer” Wang.  He stood 6’2” tall and weighs in at 225 pounds.  He was tall, tanned and well built.  You could tell that he spent time in the gym, but his physique showed that he was probably just starting to take his workouts seriously.  Toned but not cut. He was wearing black wrestling boots, blue square cut trunks.  As he sat across form the commissioner he was smirking, flexing and being arrogant.  Things that the commissioner would normally like, except when things weren’t going his way.

Trying to maintain his calm he said “Yeah, but at some point, all that traveling is going to get you down.  How bout this, you lose your match on Monday and you sign up with us…”

Laughing the Destroyer goes “Ain’t going to happen.  I haven’t lost a match in over six months and I doubt you’ve got anybody to change that.  So no, I’m not signing your contract.  I’m just going to come in, give someone a major ass kicking while looking damn good.  Then I’m gonna take my check and move on to the next sucker.  Been nice talking with you.”  With that Dan got up and sauntered out.  As he crossed the threshold, he through up a middle finger without walking back.

The look on the Commissioner’s face was distraught.  His investors weren’t going to like that he let the Destroyer get away.

He turned and picked up the phone.  “Maybe I’ll have better luck after the match,” he sighed.   “Fortunately, that will be this Monday.”

A Different Revenge: Tim and Jake Fight It Out

{This is a consequence of the action in  A Start of Revenge}

A Different Revenge:
Tim and Jake Fight it Out

By

The Mangler

“Look, I know that you feel cheated and abused and you want your revenge.  Goodness knows you are good at that.  But Jake isn’t one of our wrestlers, he is a referee.  Why don’t you just talk it out and get over it,” the commissioner asked.

Samson vs Skull -- The Deciding Match

Samson vs Skull – The Deciding Match

By

The Mangler

Tonight’s main match at the Redneck Arena was the third meeting between the two combatants, Samson and Skull.  Their rivalry went back many years and their first match was the impetus for the formation of the Redneck Arena.  The fans had gotten involved after the match, and although Samson had won, he was subjected to abuse at the hands of the fan – a fairly common occurrence in this league, but usually reserved for the loser.  (for more details see Redneck Arena History).  Each had won one of their previous matches, the last was won by Skull about one month before (see Samson vs Skull – the Rematch).  So, while this would be the “deciding” match, the rivalry between these two was such that it probably wasn’t the last match.  And their ring battles were always very intense.

Bodybuilder's Destruction

Bodybuilder's Destruction

By

The Mangler

Todd pulled Curt from the mat, lifted him above his head and delivered a power slam to the mat. Rolling Curt up into a small package, Todd watched and listened as the referee counted "one, two, three." As the crowd cheered their approval, Brett, the referee, lifted Todd's arm to signify him as the winner of the match.

"Yeah, I won, but no thanks to you shithead," Todd said in a low voice to Brett.

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?"

"What do you mean, 'What does that mean'? It means that was the worst job of officiating I have ever seen in a match."

Releasing Todd's arm, Brett turned to face him. "Fuck you, asshole. The match was refereed fair and square. Just because he had you going for a while there is no reason to take it out on me."

Samson vs Skull -- the Rematch

[While this is labeled a "rematch", the original match has not been written.  However, that match was the impetus for the creation of The Redneck Arena, as described in several stories in the series.]

Samson vs Skull -- the Rematch

By

The Mangler

Tonight's match had been years in the making.  The last time these two met it was in a regular arena. While Samson had won the match, he was attacked and used by the audience during subsequent matches.  Since Skull's motorcycle buddies had been supplying security, they were "occupied" elsewhere and "not aware" of what was happening.  While Samson had been sexually used by the crowds the only "damage" had been a right nipple piercing.  After the events he had elected to keep it as a reminder.
