A Brothers Revenge

 A Brother’s Revenge

Marshall  vs Theo

A Lumberjack Match

By

The Mangler

Marshall’s revenge tour was still not complete. While he had managed to defeat Ash (see Gauntlet I) and Byron (see Gauntlet II), he failed miserably to exact any retribution from The Executioner.  In fact, The Executioner had beaten him decisively in the ring and arranged further outrage post-match. (see Gauntlet III, and Marshall/Cumface vs B&B).

Marshall was determined to right that wrong, but first he had another wrong to right – his brother Theo.  Theo had manipulated Marshall into forming a tag team, and they had spent months training, perfecting their teamwork, and resolving their personal differences. But Theo had been actively conspiring to set Marshall up for the beating of his life and the horrible 6 months that followed.  Marshall was determined to get retribution.

Theo, however, wasn’t exactly stupid.  He had already been beaten and humiliated by his brother in the ring once and wasn’t going to let that happen again. (see Theo's Debut)  As such, Theo had refused every offer of a match until Marshall had agreed to a lumberjack match.  Marshall knew how these things could go, so he made sure that he had loyal lumberjacks.  In reality, Theo’s lumberjacks owed no loyalty to him, but instead owed that allegiance to The Executioner.  But in this case, the enemy of my enemy worked for Theo.

Marshall vs Wiley

[This story is a "fill-in" story.  It takes place after Wiley vs The Executioner and before The Gauntlet matches with Marshall.   Hope you enjoy.]

Marshall vs Wiley

By

The Mangler

Marshall took a couple of deep breaths as he walked towards the curtain that would lead him into the auditorium and his first fight since throwing off the yoke of the Executioner and the Heel faction.  His opponent tonight, Wiley, was the wrestler who had brought him into the league but then had not only abandoned him but had helped the faction beat the crap out of him because Wiley felt he had not fulfilled his end of the bargain.

To his credit, Wiley had helped disband The Heel Faction with an unasked-for assist from Marshall.  To say Marshall had strong emotions going would be an understatement.  Some wondered if those emotions were mixed, but he would tell you they definitely were not.  Revenge and punishment were all that was on his mind.  Helping Wiley defeat The Heel Faction was revenge against the Faction.  It had nothing to do with Wiley.

Gauntlet III Marshall vs The Executioner

The Gauntlet III:

Marshall vs The Executioner

By

The Mangler

Marshall limped through the curtain to the back as the announcer announced the second wrestler for the next match. He ignored the argument between Wiley and the league official, Walker, which was taking place in the aisle of the arena.

The next two wrestlers were well-matched, so Marshall figured the match would go its full length. He had 20-30 minutes to prepare for his final bout against The Executioner, so he thought a quick hot shower would help.

No sooner had he walked into the locker room than a pair of arms went around his upper chest and under his arms before lifting up and locking his hand behind his neck, placing him in a perfect full nelson.  Almost instantly, he saw Ash, wearing lightweight boxing gloves, step in front of him and start throwing punches into his abs.

Each punch echoed with a “splat” and the explosion of sweat droplets that reflected throughout the locker room.  Each blow landed deep into Marshall’s already worked-over abs and felt like a semi driving through him.  Ash quickly fell into a routine as he was used to using Marshall’s abs as his personal speed punching bag.  Tonight, he was trying to see how hard he could hit.  Marshall had almost no chance at defending himself other than trying to tense his abs, which was not very effective after the abuse from his first two matches.

The blows went on for a little over a full minute—a lifetime as you were getting your abs destroyed-- before a loud whistle was heard.

Gauntlet II Marshall vs Byron

The Gauntlet II:

Marshall vs Byron

By

The Mangler

Twenty-five minutes after his match versus Ash, Marshall, having elected to enter the ring first, walked down the aisle to the ring for his match with Byron.  As he walked down, accompanied by Wiley, he continued to stretch out the kinks and pains from his recently completed match against Ash.  His testicles were still tender, so he had elected to wear a small jockstrap to help hold them against his body so they didn't jostle around as much.

After arriving at the ring, Wiley returned up the aisle where he would observe the match.  He didn’t trust the former members of the heel faction.

For this match, Marshall showcased his 5’11”, 200-pound physique with a thin-strapped, low-cut blue singlet that accentuated his well-toned pecs. You could see every striation in his muscles. His signature red kneepads and boots completed his formidable look. As he acknowledged the fans' cheers with smiles and waves, the anticipation in the arena was palpable.

Wiley vs The Executioner

Wiley vs The Executioner

By

The buzz in the crowd was increasing in intensity.  All the preliminary bouts had finished and the main event was coming up.  Tonight’s match was the culmination of the Heel Faction’s campaign against the faces in the UWA.  With the Heel’s decisive victory over Marshall (twice), the Faces were being demoralized not to mention destroyed in matches usually by illegal moves and double and even triple teaming.

Wiley, the agreed leader of the faces, had issued a final challenge to The Executioner, the leader of the Heel Faction.  Wiley knew he should feel some guilt about what happened with Marshall, but didn’t.  Marshall had felled in the job he was hired to do, though through no fault of his own other than not being tough enough.

Once again the larger arena was sold out and the crowd was getting impatient as the lights flickered to signal the beginning of the match, and the introductions began.

The Gould Brothers Take Charge (2)

The Gould Brothers Take Charge 2:

Marshall & Theo Gould vs The Executioner & Adam

By

The Mangler

As soon as Marshall dropped to the ring floor and began his roll, Adam, realizing what was about to happen, turned and grabbed Ash by the front of his ref’s jersey and whipped him around so that his back was towards Theo and Marshall as they made their tag.

Theo leaped over the top rope to enter the ring just as Adam, once again, turned the ref around to see Theo leaping over the top rope, fists ready, and Marshall laying on his back with his head near the turnbuckle.

Ash rushed to step in front of Theo screaming, “Out of the ring.”

“What?? What?? We made a tag,” Theo protested.

“I didn’t see or hear a tag, so out of the ring.”

“Goddamn it, you fucking stupid idiot.  We made a tag.  This is the second time your worthless ass didn’t see it,” Theo screamed as he tried to get around the ref.  Ash was having none of it and kept pushing and grabbing to keep Theo out of the action.

The Gould Brothers Take Charge

[Added a picture of the Gould brothers just to give you a visual of the brothers]

[This is the third in a series following Marshall's Revenge and Theo's Debut.]

The Gould Brothers Take Charge 1:

Marshall & Theo Gould vs The Executioner & Adam

Marshall stepped out of the shower following his run, looked in the mirror, and really liked what he saw.  He was handsome, shredded, and intelligent.  Because of his defeat by the executioner and the machinations of his brother,  he was still having to work at the wrestling gym as an "assistant" (wrestling dummy) but he had actually started to become part of the team and not just a body to be abused.  He was just slipping on his boxer briefs when the doorbell rang.  Expecting his Door Dash breakfast delivery, he walked out to the entryway still in just his briefs.  He always enjoyed others admiring his perfect body so he opened the door.

“No! You’ve got a fucking lot of nerve. Go the fuck out of here,” he said as he tried to slam the door.

A booted foot stuck itself across the threshold to prevent the door from fully closing.

“Look, I know you don’t want to see me but I am here and we need to talk.  Please.”  The interloper adopted a lost puppy look.

Marshall desperately wanted to say no but the pleading look on his brother's face won out and he opened the door and waved Theo in.  Theo always seemed to know how to get to Marshall. Theo was wearing tight-fitting clothing to also show off his muscles.
